Motorola Milestone in Russia: keyboard virtually impossible to use

Motorola has recently launched the Milestone in one of the larger mobile market, the Russian, with the obvious hope of selling as many terminals as possible. Unfortunately, the Milestone in its Russian version seems to present major problems, so that many customers have canceled their pre-order.
It appears that Motorola has had problems with the integration of Russian characters in the QWERTY keyboard of the terminal, making it almost impossible to use. Some letters were paired on a single key, but the biggest mistake seems to be in the shift key and Ze E (Sebra similar but are totally indifferent), not including the comma, which is extremely important.
To use it, we need to change the layout and switch to the English. Users are clearly calling for Motorola to change keyboards. We hope that Motorola will move soon.
